South Korea’s smartphone maker Samsung launched the Galaxy S25 Edge in May. The next version of this smartphone can also be brought soon. There is a listing on a benchmarking site of Samsung’s Galaxy S26 Edge. This smartphone can be given the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 as a processor.
A Samsung’s smartphone model number has been listed with SM-S947U on benchmarking site Geekbench. This can be Galaxy S26 Edge. It has an Octacore chipset. It has two courses on 4.74 GHz and limited six courses on 3.63 GHz. These operating speeds exceed the current Snapdragon 8 Elite. This indicates that the Galaxy S26 Edge may have an upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 as a processor. This smartphone can have 12 GB of RAM. It can get a based operating system on Android.
The benchmark scores of the new smartphone are also indicating its performance. Its single and multi-core scores are of 3,393 points and 11,515 points respectively. Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge has a 6.7-inch 2k Quad HD+ Ltpo AMOLED display. Its display is with adaptive refresh rates up to 120Hz. Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 protection has been given for the display of this smartphone. It has Snapdragon 8 Elite as a processor. This smartphone has been brought in two variants – 12 GB + 256 GB and 12 GB + 512 GB. This smartphone has been made available in Titanium Silver, Titanium jetblack and Titanium ICYBLUE Colors.
Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge Android runs on 15-based One UI 7. This smartphone has a dual rear camera unit with a 200 -megapixel primary camera with f/1.7 map and 2X optical zoom. It also has a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 map. The front of this smartphone has a 12 -megapixel camera for selfie and video calls. This camera supports 8k 30 FPS and 4K 60 FPS recording. The 3,900 mAh battery of this smartphone supports 25 W fast charging, QI wireless charging and Wi-Fi Powershare.
