1. Whatsapp says that they cannot see the personal messages of users or do not hear their calls nor can FB do so. WhatsApp says that whatever you share, it lives among you. This is because your personal messages are safe by end-to-end encryption. WhatsApp has also promised that (translated) “We will never weaken this safety and we clearly label each chat so that you can know our commitment.”

2. In the second point, the instant messaging app has made it clear that they do not collect the messages and calls made by users to other users. He says that these information collects these information, but WhatsApp believes that keeping data of 2 trillion people is a privacy and security risk, so they do not do so.
