Whatsapp has started doing a new Night Time Form feature test in the camera interface for its Android beta app. In the beta version 2.25.22.2, this feature has been received by select users. Now as soon as a user goes to click the photo in a low-light or low-light environment from the inbuilt camera of the app, a moon (moon) icon is seen above the screen. On tapping this icon, the night mode becomes active. This option has to be turned on manually.
The new night mode camera feature is spotted by Wabetainfo. The tracker says that this feature is currently available to limited users. Whatsapp beta for testing android is being done on 2.25.22.2 version. It is reported that the new night mode is software-based, which adjusts the exposure setting of the photo and tries to maintain the details in the shadows or dark areas by reducing the noise.
The advantage of this is that users can now take better photos of no extra filters or external lights in night or indoor, low -lighting situation. However, it is not a replacement of flash, but an attempt to improve the pre -existing camera experience.
This feature is not yet fully rolled out and only some beta users have received through the Google Play Games Beta program. It is believed that after internal testing, it will soon be released for all users, so that the experience of direct photo clicks from WhatsApp camera can be done and safe, smart and time-sending.
Recently, WhatsApp had lived for the new ‘Remind Me’ feature testing in its beta version, which allows users to set reminders for any message. With the help of this feature, users can avoid forgetting a particular message for a long time, especially when there is a risk of missing the necessary messages in a lot of chats.
Not only this, whatsapp is also testing a new and innovative feature for Android users, ‘Fast Recap’. However, this feature is also not available for all beta testers. The biggest feature of this feature is that the user will not have to lose a lot of unreeded messages, because WhatsApp will prepare the summary of many chats, ie the recap for the user itself.
