According to The Hindu report, the Internues participated in the workshop led by Sleep Experts to improve their sleep habits and increase the title of ‘Sleep Champion’.

He said, “To maintain a good score, you have to have continuity in your sleep and time of waking up. This means that it is difficult to leave television or social media late at night. It is difficult to leave these habits but it is beneficial.”
He said that Korona had a big impact on his routine. Apart from this, his sleep was irregular due to high work load as an auditor. Patil said, “This internship has taught me to sleep in a disciplined manner. It was tense to improve my sleep score. On the final day I focused on being calm only.”
