The company took this step after the Chinese connection of Battlegrounds Cellular Bharat surfaced

Battlegrounds are beginning to raise questions as soon as they launched on Cellular Bharat. The game has come under the scanner since then a few days ago its early got right of entry to live. It was reported that it is sending and receiving data from servers in China, Hong Kong, Moscow and America. It was also reported that while booting, it had pinged a tenant server in Beijing. Krafton announced the abolition of relations with China -based Tencent last year to bring back the game back to the pre -form for Indian users. After that, these new reports are now telling that the company is not fulfilling its promise. Now Krafton has released a small update to fix the China server problem.

IGN BHARAT first reported to host data in Sarvars from China and other countries about Battlegrounds Mobile India. Now it says that when you play the game, the game will not share information with China server. When you boot the game, a small automatic update is downloaded, which makes it feel that the problem is cured. Once that update is implemented, Battleground Mobile India asks you to resume the game and log back in.

This update released by Crafton allegedly prevents any data from going to the Chinese server. IGN BHARAT ran a packet sniffer during two matches after the update was implemented and saw that battlegrounds Cellular Bharat was not informing a single Chinese server. The report states that the Chinese server is pinged only when the app data is deleted. This account can be caused by migration feature, which enabled PUBG Cellular users to take their in-app purchases to Battleground Mobile India.

In its privacy policy, Battleground Mobile India says that personal information will be stored on the server located in India and Singapore and after that it will be processed. But this game can transfer data to other countries to operate services or meet legal requirements. This new update will reportedly ensure that no Chinese server is pinged for Indian users.

The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) has written a letter to Union IT and Communication Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad demanding a ban on battlegrounds Cellular Bharat in the country. It has also urged Google to remove this game from its Play Store.
