1. Open Google Maps.
2. At the upper right corner, click on profile picture or your initial.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Scroll down to navigation settings.

If the user is driving above the speed limit of that road, then it will be informed by Google Maps. That is, if your car is at higher speed than the speed limit of that road, then notifications are sent to you.
