Now after 7 days on WhatsApp, you will be able to delete for every day!

Whatsapp is allegedly working to extend the time limit for deleting the message for all. When you delete the message sent by you, it contains an option for delete for everybody. Currently WhatsApp gives you permission of Delete for Everybody within 1 hour, 8 minutes, 16 seconds. After this scheduled period, you are unable to delete the message for all. Now WhatsApp is working to increase this deadline. However, work on this update is still going on and it is not available for beta tester. WhatsApp was working on removing any limit of deleting messages before this, but it seems that the plan has been changed now.

Wabetainfo reports that a new update of the feature of deleting messages has been seen on Whatsapp Desktop Beta 2.2147.4. The latest beta update suggests that WhatsApp is now planning to change the time limit of the message from 1 hour, 8 minutes, 16 seconds to 7 days and 8 minutes. WABETAINFO also shared a screenshot to show that the options to remove the message are seen for the message that is at least one day old.

As mentioned, WhatsApp had allegedly planned to remove any time limit to remove the message. For now, it is planned to determine the deadline of 7 days and 8 minutes. The tracker says that this feature is still in the development stage. There is a possibility that WhatsApp may change the plan again before releasing information about it from official release or social account.

Since it is still in development, this feature will not be available to users even on the latest WhatsApp desktop beta 2.2147.4. WhatsApp is also allegedly working on introducing another feature that will speed up the audio message while playing. This will work in the same way that voice notes can be run up to 1.5x or 2x when they are re -played. An audio message is essentially a forwarded voice note or any other audio that is not recorded by the sender. Although this feature was seen during testing on the iOS device, it is believed that Android devices may get this feature soon.
