Facebook owned by Meta gives you the option to delete the account through mobile apps or web browser on Android and iOS. You should note that Facebook lets you delete an account within 30 days and reverse all its posts and information. Facebook needs up to 90 days to delete the account and all its information completely.
Delete FB Account by the Use of Cell App/ Browser
FB lets you delete your account through your Android or iOS. For this you have to do this:

Once you remove your account and the 30 -day recovery time ends, you will not be able to get it again nor will you be able to reach any data posted. You will not be able to go to Facebook Messenger and lose access to other apps that require your Facebook login credentials. In addition, all the information of VR headset will be removed by removing the FB account linked to the Oculus headset.
