Google provides free battery replacement to Google Pixel 6A users without any additional service charge under its battery performance program. Those who do not want to do this, then they can choose other support options like device trade in. This gives users a cash compensation or store credit based on their choice.
The company will provide $ 100 (about 8,500 rupees) to the affected Pixel 6A users as cash or equal money in their local currency. Apart from this, you can also choose a Google Store Discount Code of $ 150 (about 12,800 rupees) alternatively, which will be spent on the next purchase of pixel phones.
According to Google, the final amount will be based on the daily exchange rate. Apart from this, the availability of local currency for cash payment may vary. Tech veteran Payoneer will use a third-party payment platform for payment processing. Providers may need a stores of personal details such as a social security number in the US or equal identity in other regions on the basis of financial rules.
Google has prepared a page to check the eligibility of the handset for Pixel 6A users. Users will have to enter their email ID which is associated with the device with its IMEI number. If you are filling the form for family or friend, then you can also enter any other email address that is not connected to Pixel 6A. However, the company said that it may need to ask for more information from users. If validity is completed, the company will allow Pixel 6A users to repair or trade in clam.
