The new Archive settings allow users to hide less necessary interactions in the main chat list and archive. Open Whatsapp, select the chat that you want to archive. This can be personal or group chat.
You will see three options in the top- PIN, Mute And Archive
Archive On the option, a mark of arrow will appear at the bottom. Click on this button.
Archived Category will now see you on the top of your chat feed. By going to this section, you can see the hidden chat at any time. Users can also unarchive it again. For this, select that chat and Unarchive Click on the option. (In this option, Arrow is made upwards)
