Flipkart launches Promote Again Program, Old smartphone will get better price

Flipkart has launched the new Promote Again Program, in which e-commerce website will give customers a chance to sell their old-used smartphones. This new program has currently started with a smartphone, but in the coming time, other categories products will also be included. Let me tell you, recently Flipkart acquired the electronics re-commerce firm Yaantra, after which the company has now started this new program. This program has been made live in more than 1,500 pincodes in many major cities of India. A survey conducted by IDC recently revealed that Indians sell only 20 million phones out of 125 million used smartphones.

Through the press release, Flipkart has announced that the Promote Again program has been started from 14 February. According to the company, this program can be accessed through the Flipkart app, which you will see as a new option in the bottom bar of the app. However, this function has not been verified by Units 360. The e-commerce platform has announced that only the smartphone has been introduced under the new buyback program, but it will also include other categories in the coming time.

Flipkart Promote Again program will be available on all smartphones, whether you have bought that phone from Flipkart or not. The program has been lived live in 1,700 pincodes in India, including major cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Patna. After selling your used phone on Flipkart, users will receive e-vouchers, which will be equipped with “Right Buy-Back Value”.

Three simple questions will be asked to the user selling smartphones, on which customers will be shown the correct price of their phone. After being confirmed by the customer, Flipkart executive will arrive at the smartphone to pick up you within 48 hours. The customer will be given e-vouchers after the product is verified by the e-commerce company.
