Japan’s automaker company Nissan is facing a decline in shares after the announcement of trimming. The company announced the trimming at the global level. The company had said that 9 thousand people were evacuated from the workforce, after which its shares declined by 6 percent. According to CNN report, it is facing huge losses in sales in China and America. Apart from Nissan, many other global automakers are facing deficit.

Especially in China, companies are suffering this loss because byd and other domestic companies are giving tough competition to these global players. The reason is that BYD and other Chinese companies are providing them in the electric vehicle market at affordable prices. Apart from this, these companies are also making gasoline-electric hybrid vehicles, in which advanced software experience is also being seen. Similarly, there is a lot of demand for hybrid vehicles in America. But Nisan is not able to manufacture hybrid vehicles accordingly.

According to the company’s CEO Makoto Uchida, the company did not guess that hybrid vehicles would become so popular in a short time in the US. Also, the demand for the revised version of core models did not get strong as expected. The company is trying to push its business again. The company has not yet fully recovered after removing former president Carlos Ghosn in 2018 and reducing its partnership with Renault.
