Good news for WhatsApp users. The app has launched four new features to make the status feature more personal, interactive and creative. If you apply a status daily, whether to share the mood, an announcement or just a song, you will be able to customize it even more. Now users can add direct songs to their status, that too without any external recording. The second big feature is the photo collage, through which multiple image can be decorated in a frame in a single status.

Meta-owned instant messaging platform Whatsapp is now gradually adding to the experience of stories like Instagram. The testing of these new features was going on for a few months and now they are being officially rolled out. First of all talk about music, now you can add direct songs to your status, that too without any external recording. Whatsapp will get an interface of music selection, from where you will be able to choose the song and add it to the background. This will greatly increase the emotional and esthetic impact of the status.

The second big feature is the photo collage. Now you can decorate multiple images in a same status and share it in a frame. That is, travel, party or family photos can now be introduced in a creative collage instead of putting it in the slides.

The third new tool is custom stickers. Now users will be able to add their own stickers to the status. This will make the fun of the status more personalized, especially for festivals, birthdays or updates.

And the fourth most interactive feature is Prompts and Pols. That is, now you can ask questions in status, run a pole or take feedback on a topic. This feature is already popular in apps like Instagram and Telegram, and now WhatsApp is also preparing to add users at the same level.

All these features are currently being rolled out via limited rollouts, but in the coming weeks it will be available on both Android and iOS platforms.
