Micromax launched laptop for Rs 10,499

Micromax has launched its new Canvas Lapbook L1160 laptop. The new lapbook is priced at Rs 10,499 and will be available exclusively on the online shopping website Amazon. The new Micromax lapbook will be available in black color variants. Earlier, the company launched the Canvas Lapbook L 1161 in October last year. The new lapbook does not have a built-in 3G SIM support like the previous lapbook.

The Micromax Canvas Lapbook L1160 (1366 x 768 pixels) has an 11.6 inch multitach IPS display of the resolution. The lapbook, which runs on Windows 10 OS, has a 1.33 GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z 3735F processor. Microsoft has partnered with Intel and Microsoft for this.

The new Canvas Lapbook L1160 has 2 GB RAM. The laptop comes with 32 GB inbuilt storage which can be increased via microSD card (up to 64 GB). The laptop is equipped with a built-in keyboard with trackpad. The laptop also has a VGA front facing camera.

The dimensions of the laptop are 295.5 × 199.5×18 millimeters and weighs 1.13 kg. Micromax Canvas Lapbook L1160 has a 4100 mAh battery while Lapbook L1161 was given a 5000 mAh capacity battery.

Talking about connectivity, this laptop has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, two USB 2.0 ports, an HDMI port and an Eathernet port.

The 1.83 GHz quad-core intatum processor was used in the Micromax Canvas Lapbook L 1161 launched in October. The lapbook runs on the Windows 10 operating system. It comes with dual speakers. It has an 11.6 -inch HD IPS display and has an inbuilt storage 32 GB which can be increased with the help of microSD card (up to 64 GB). The device has a 5000 mAh battery. According to the company, the battery in common use will last for 11 hours. The lapbook weighs 1.3 kg.
