American President Donald Trump Unsatisfied with Apple because of its plan of expanding iPhone production in republic of India

American President Donald Trump has expressed displeasure over the Apple’s plan to increase the manufacturing of iPhone in India. Trump has asked Apple’s Chief Executive Officer, Tim Prepare Dinner to increase the manufacturing of iPhone in the US. Apple plans to shift some part of its manufacturing in China to India.

According to a report by the Bloomberg Information, Trump, who visited Qatar, referred to his conversation with Cook, “I had some problems with Cook. He is setting up manufacturing plants in India. I don’t want you to build a manufacturing plant in India.” Trump reported that in the result of this conversation, Apple in the US will increase its manufacturing.

Apple representatives in India did not answer the request sent for comment. Apple planned to import most of iPhones from India for sale in the US by the end of next year. The company’s plan may be shocked after Trump’s statement. Most of the manufacturing of iPhones is done in China. Apple smartphones do not have manufacturing in America. However, the company has promised more workers hiring more workers in the US and an investment of about $ 500 billion in the next four years. Manufacturing iPhones in America will be very difficult for Apple. Supply chains and skilled labor for iPhones have been present in China for the past several years. In recent years, Apple has started efforts to increase its manufacturing in India.

Last month, Tata Workforce’s Tata Electronics’s manufacturing of iPhones was started in Hosur’s new factory in Tamil Nadu. In this factory of Tata Electronics, old models of iPhone will be made on a assembly line. Apple’s biggest contract manufacturer Foxconn’s manufacturer will soon be started in the factory being built near Bengaluru in Karnataka. In India, Foxcony’s revenue in the last financial year was more than doubled to about Rs 1.7 lakh crore. The number of workers of Foxconn has increased by 65 percent. Foxconn has around 80,000 workers in the country. This Taiwan company is the largest manufacturer of iPhones.
